Tight hip flexors?

Tight hip flexors is a common one for runners. It's uncomfortable at best, and can lead to niggles and injuries if ignored for too long.

Whilst it feels nice to stretch them out and relieve the tight sensation in the short term, long term the solution is strength work to increase their resilience and tolerance for the load we place them under when we run.

This is especially true if you're also spending a lot of your day seated.  Seated our hip flexors are shorten, but underused.  Exacerbating the feeling of tightness.
